About Me
My name is Ben De Bolfo and I am the owner of Learn2Lift Performance.
I have been competing in football at a semi professional level (VFL) for 4 years and understand the training it takes to make it in an elite environment.
Completed Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at La Trobe University and am currently studying a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Melbourne University.
Have a passion in all things strength and conditioning as well as injury rehabilitation and strive to see athletes succeed in their sport.
My aim is to pass on my knowledge and experiences to those who are looking to get the most out of themselves to compete at the highest level.
