About Me

  • My name is Ben De Bolfo and I am the owner of Learn2Lift Performance.

  • I have been competing in football at a semi professional level (VFL) for 4 years and understand the training it takes to make it in an elite environment.

  • Completed Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at La Trobe University and am currently studying a Doctorate of Physiotherapy at Melbourne University.

  • Have a passion in all things strength and conditioning as well as injury rehabilitation and strive to see athletes succeed in their sport.

  • My aim is to pass on my knowledge and experiences to those who are looking to get the most out of themselves to compete at the highest level.
